Our vineyard property provides a wonderful place for church workers to rest, grow, and be encouraged! We guide tours, lead retreats and invite casual conversations about our stories or yours. Steinbeck Vineyards is a place in Paso Robles, California, where God is at work through the vineyards and the vine, the rocks and soil to bring the message of Christ, the True Vine, to me and to many who journey here. 

Planting began on our family estate in 1982, slowly replacing cattle and grain farming. First 50 acres and then 50 more until we reached our current 500 acres. Sixteen different grape varietals, primarily sold to local wineries, grow on our property. Four generations work together growing these grapes on our historic property.

We founded Steinbeck Vineyards & Winery in 2006 and built our little tasting room in 2009. Our family wine brand expresses the essence of the family vineyards.

Steinbeck Vineyards & Winery is proud to showcase small production wines made by Steve Glossner from the fruit of Steinbeck Vineyards. We use just 1% of our fruit - Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Viognier and Zinfandel for the 1,200 cases sold in our tasting room and through our wine clubs.

Myself, along with my parents, son and daughter-in-law Ryan & Caitlin, and daughter and son-in-law Stacy and Bryan, operate the various businesses of Steinbeck Vineyards. Whether growing or selling grapes (Ryan), producing or selling wine, farming the land for others, making wine (Bryan) operating the tasting room or guest house, the family expresses their love for our heritage and desire to be successful in business.
